Mack required a strategy that was able to scale their media spend whilst increasing the return on ad spend.
The Plan
With the current activity needing a rethink the plan was to build a robust campaign structure focussing on key product drops targeted at specific demographics whilst profiling potential MACK customers internationally.
The Outcome
Have scaled spend by x20 times and moved marketing throughout Europe and the US whilst achieving targets.


MACK is an independent publisher of award-winning books on visual arts with a fantastic library, presenting a brilliant opportunity to connect books with photography fans via paid media. Existing marketing activity was producing some results but was only contributing a small share of overall sales. Scaling spend required a strategy that was in sync with book releases and product popularity to analyse the scalable areas on social media.
Mack had a developing customer base in the US and EU so used the learnings we had earned from the UK marketing strategy to generate paid media sales. Adapting the strategy to suit and the activity launched successfully across Facebook Ads and Google Ads with the US now the largest market for Mack.
